What a wonderful treat it was to hear Dionne Brand read last night at Jennifer’s. She read so beautifully and I love her introduction to the poem. The audience was enthralled. She very patiently and respectfully answered the questions of the fledgling young poets in the audience.
Dionne Brand’s readings are amazing and her generosity is immense. Very glad to hear you enjoyed this event so much!
