Poetry and the Sea
Literature is haunted by that which covers two-thirds of our planet, the sea. Its myths and marine life offer inexhaustible inspiration for writers. Poetry – The Personal and The Political
This course, led by Deryn Rees-Jones and Katrina Naomi, will draw on a range of examples from contemporary poetry that could assist participants to develop their own writing, as well as consider various ways in which one might respond to political circumstance, both with reference to the wider world and with issues that affect us directly.
