Scotland's most misleadingly named poetry night returns to Leith Festival for a fourth idiosyncratic year. The veteran poet and Whitbread-Award-winning children's author Diana Hendry, the much garlanded Northern Ireland poet Miriam Gamble and the respected Edinburgh poet and translator Ken Cockburn will be reading their work at The Persevere alongside local ne'er-do-well Rex Sweeny, with contributions from a trio of musicians.
