Poetry is Dead Launch: Final Issue

Poetry is Dead, a much loved magazine that has been championing some of poetry’s most poignant voices for a decade, is its launching the final issue.

The theme of the final issue is Small Towns. Farming districts, factory villages, ghost towns, bedroom communities, alternative societies, touristic hamlets, and shtetls: Poetry is Dead hones in on the different poems and stories born of small town life. This event will feature a panel from the issue’s essayists and a poetry reading.

This issue was guest edited by Kayla Czaga (Kitimat, BC) and Julie Mannell (Fonthill, ON).
