Sharon Thesen presents Pinecone Writing Workshops: Investigative Poetry

For writers with some publication and/or academic experience, this workshop will concentrate on what poet Ed Sanders calls “Investigative Poetry.” Some of the advice from his book written in 1976 (republished in 2018 with an introduction): “Interrogate the Abyss”; “Never hesitate to open up a case file”; “weave a corona / of perception through high-energy verse grids.”
