Common Readings, the May Edition

May 28, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 10:30 pm

You know the proverb: April launches bring May books! This month, Common Readings vows to carry on the spirit of national poetry month by celebrating three exceptionally talented poets, either sporting new books for sale or previewing those soon to come.

Poet, artist, and publisher Robin Richardson is fresh from launching her third book, Sit How You Want, along with the latest issue of the Minola Review. Poet Matthew Tierney will be reading from his fourth collection, Midday at the Super-Kamiokande, coming this fall. And travelling from New Brunswick, poet Phillip Crymble, winner of the Puritan’s 2016 Thomas Morton Memorial prize for poetry, will be reading from his debut, Not Even Laughter.
